About Us

We started because homeowners deserve someone who actually listens when their world falls apart.

How This Started

I spent my whole life around construction. Growing up, I watched contractors work, learned what it meant to build something right. Later, I moved into catastrophe insurance adjustment for State Farm—which meant I spent years walking through homes right after the worst moments. Fires. Floods. Storms. I saw what people needed and what they weren't getting.

That's when the pattern became impossible to ignore. Homeowners would call contractors who treated their claims like paperwork, not people. Insurance companies had their process, but process doesn't fix a family's home. The gap between what was offered and what was actually needed sat in the middle, and everyone suffered for it.

So I moved into catastrophe remodeling to bridge that space. Every project started the same way: a homeowner in crisis, paperwork piling up, contractors quoting jobs without understanding the real situation, insurance adjusters moving on to the next claim. I knew I could do better. I knew I had to.

'We work with proper business morals because the alternative—treating homes like transactions—destroys the people we're supposed to help.'

— Isaiah, Founder

What We've Built On

Proper business morals aren't a motto for us—they're a requirement. We've seen contractors cut corners when insurance backs them, and we've seen it destroy the trust between a homeowner and the person rebuilding their home. We operate differently. Every estimate is honest. Every timeline is real. Every material choice is made with the homeowner's long-term life in that space, not our margin, in mind.

We honor our work because anything less disrespects the homes we touch. A house isn't just a structure. It's where kids grow, where families gather, where memories sit in the walls. When we rebuild after a loss, we're not just fixing drywall or flooring—we're restoring the foundation of someone's life. That responsibility never leaves us.

Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty exists because we believe in what we build. It's simple: if something we installed fails during normal use, we fix it. No disclaimers, no fine print, no argument. We stand behind every nail, every seam, every cabinet we install. That's what craftsmanship looks like when it's real.

Working With Us

When you call, you get someone who speaks both insurance language and homeowner reality. We walk through your damaged space with you. We listen to what matters. We explain the process without corporate-speak. We coordinate with your adjuster so nothing falls through the cracks between what's approved and what's actually needed.

Throughout the rebuild, you'll see the same faces. We're here from the first phone call through the final walkthrough and beyond. You're not a project number moving through a pipeline. You're someone whose home we're privileged to restore. If something feels off, we adjust. If a question comes up at 3 p.m. on a Friday, you get an answer.

If you're dealing with a loss and need someone who understands what happened to your home and what needs to happen next, let's talk. We've been where you are, and we know the path forward.
