Later, I moved into catastrophe insurance adjustment for State Farm—which meant I spent years walking through homes right after the worst moments. Fires. Floods. Storms. I saw what people needed and what they weren't getting.

That's when the pattern became impossible to ignore. Homeowners would call contractors who treated their claims like paperwork, not people. So I moved into catastrophe remodeling to bridge that space.
